Sebastian III was born in Capital City, Lordaeron. He was elected Archbishop after the death of his precessesor, Columban IV. Sebastian is heavily criticised for his establishment of the Order of Preachers which led to the scandal of Purgation Isle.

Sebastian is credited with recommending the seat of the Church being moved to the Southern Kingdoms.
