The Archbishop of the Council of Bishops is the elected leader of the Council of Bishops, an organisation which represents the Church of the Holy Light. Though the Holy Church has faced great division from the end of the Tides of Darkness to the present, many followers of the Light recognize the Archbishop of the Council to be the Head of the Church. The current Archbishop is His Holiness, Archbishop Alonsus II .
